Workshop for Master Trainers

At Friends of Women’s World Banking, we embrace the profound impact of investing in our field staff—the driving force behind our mission to ignite change and empowerment across the communities we serve. Recently, we convened a two-day training workshop for our master trainers, driven by a singular mission: to elevate, inspire, and arm those at the forefront of progress.

This workshop aimed to:
·        Cultivate an environment where trainers can share insights and glean wisdom from one another’s experiences.
·        Equip participants with invaluable tools to enhance their ability to effectively train others.
·        Assess the progress and impact of our projects, fostering a collective understanding of triumphs and hurdles.
·        Co-create strategies and a concrete plan for the upcoming year, in alignment with our organization’s vision and objectives.

Such workshops serve as catalysts for tangible change in the field. Through prioritizing mentorship and bolstering support networks, FWWB has paved the way for impactful project execution. This workshop signifies a monumental leap forward in our mission to empower women and communities through essential capacity-building efforts.
